My home was renovated by a previous owner over fifteen years ago with Window World windows. Over the years a few sashes developed internal fogginess. I thought it would be a big hassel to replace them. I finally called the Window World of the Blue Ridge dealer in Wilkesboro. To my delight, a lady named Addie Walker answered and said she would help me. I gathered the information she needed and, thanks to her knowledge and efforts, the original specifications were located at the manufacturer. She made it simple to place the order and got them to her office in a couple of weeks. They fit perfectly and now my home looks so much better. I was delighted with the people at Window World and certainly would recommend them as a customer-focused dealer.

I had a damaged window and another one whose seal had broken. Brannon came out and measured and explained in detail what had happened so I knew exactly what I needed. Today the windows were installed. The installers were way and above professional from the care with using painted window rounds to caulking a tiny nail hole. My windows are absolutely perfect. The skill of the installers left us speechless. They were so good. The people in the office were extremely helpful and pleasant. A+ job

With out a doubt a great experience getting our custom A Frame windows replaced. From the first visit Michael was very knowledgeable and showed us our options.
After decision was made they came back out and measured and got the ball rolling with our order.
Fast forward install day was just as expected, everything went off with no issues, installers did a wonderful job.
I am sure you can find cheaper but you get what you pay for, great quality and service!
