We could not be more pleased with our new porch doors. The original doors in this house from 2007 were in terrible condition and poorly installed. The crew from Window World worked very hard to install them properly and left almost no trace of their work when they were finished. It is wonderful to have doors with no daylight visible around them that do not blow open! I will gladly use Window World for future projects if needed.

We had to order specialty windows due to the color of vinyl we needed. The windows arrived earlier than promised. The installed windows look great regarding fit and finish. The install crew did ding my window frame in a couple of spots. The install crew were efficient and finished in about 3 hours. Overall very pleased.

The installers did such a great job! They didn't even mind my dog barking the entire time they were there. They got finished ahead of schedule and even were polite enough to remove their shoes any time they entered my house. We are very pleased with our experience with Window World of the Blue Ridge. I received call on Wednesday that they had an opening on Thursday if we would be available for them to come install our windows. They were there on time and went straight to work, one inside and 1 outside and had the windows installed before noon. Due to rain we told them after they checked with us to go home, get out of their wet clothes and come back Friday to finish. Arrived early and got all the framing done, cleaned up and was done again by noon. Those installers know their business and they get it done.
